Dear Ambivert

Dear Ambiverts,

We all know of people who blatantly declare themselves as 'introverts' and 'extroverts'. That doesn't mean we are confused. We are the unsaid strong grey in the phrase 'nothing is black and white'.

Sometimes the crowd in a party gets to us while the silence of the room is also nibbling our minds. Maybe we are so exclusive that we pick the best things out of any situation. The pomp in a party, the calm of a silent room, and a fine balance of the both, we have a taste for finer things in life.

While we appreciate the concept of enjoying your own company we do not mind if sometimes someone sits across and asks 'How was your day?'
.
I love talking but I won't mind if you can carry a conversation smoothly. But it is the same me who is a pro-reason-generator on weekends to cancel plans and catch on some simple harmless Netflixing.

But today I am telling you that this abyss is a differentiating yet a secret ingredient in us. This gives us a good sense of when to trust, makes us comfortable in most environments, while we work well in both groups and solo.

Let's keep surprising people.
Let's be quietly loud and loudly quiet.

Yours,
Flag Bearer.
