When Getting Nikkahfied!




It was an informal relationship, when me and my husband decided to tell our parents.And therefore we finally did it! But my parents always forced the other family to get us nikkahfied but I and my Husband really need some time for this thigie. So we actually wanted to get engaged simply. Something between unofficial and official.

Well we had personally many hard talks on this. But after all things we finally decided to get nikkahfied. My heart was as heavy as a big stone because I was imagining my upcoming changed life after getting nikkahfied that to an army officer of Armoured Corps. He loved me a lot and still he does, he neither wanted to lose me nor wanted to get married so early.  Well on my nikkah day, when Qazi sahab came to my side for nikkah's ceremony and getting the great book of "Nikkahnaama" be signed, I literally had tears in my eyes, it took like 5 to 10 minutes for doing the signatures. My mind was stuck on different thinking like how will I manage to get the responsibilities so early, what will be my going to be husband thinking about me that how pathetic i couldn't make my parents agree on engagement, will he able to give me whatever I demand, will he be a responsible husband, will he love me more than I do..... Anyways.. According to my  weird thinking at that time was also like signing a petition that Shahnil please grow up and start becoming a practical lady.




Well on 5th May, 2018, We got nikkahfied. Here's the picture of us.





The situations we Army wives have to deal with are not normal ones at all. The nomadic life we lead, moving from station to station, being separated from our husbands for long stretches of time, and the constant fear that we live with if our husbands are anywhere in this country. An Army wife is probably the only woman in the world who knows and readily accepts that she is the mistress, because, let’s face it, the Army is the wife and the wife gets all the damn attention!

Eh! Whatever! Actually army is a second wife to an Army man. 😒

Things every college fresher will relate to

1) Being extra nice to everyone, so people think you are a good person and you get a few people to hangout with. 2) Seniors asking you to 'introduce' yourself. 3) Orientation classes everywhere for every goddamn thing in college. 4) All the societies and clubs in the college trying to do their best to appear interesting so you would join them. (You will realise they all suck in a year or two.) 5) Forgetting your way back to the classroom. Or not being used to the college lingo of certain weird abbreviations and words. 6) Aiming to do better in college after the disaster in your board exams. 7) Getting overwhelmed and a little lost in the huge college campus, at times. 8) Asking seniors, "Is the second year more difficult?" 9) Realising professors are only nice to you for the first few weeks and then it just gets worse from there. 10) People making groups in the first week. Unaware that those won't last one damn week.
